ExpressInterest ("we," "us," or "our") turns a job description and your resume into a page you can share. That means we do hold your material — this page says exactly what, and for how long.

What you give us

What we do with it

Your job description and resume text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the page. They are not used to train any model. Beyond that, we use what you give us only to build, show, and let you edit your own pages. We do not sell it, share it with recruiters or anyone else, or use it to advertise to you.

What is public, and when

Nothing is public until you press Publish. When you do, that one page becomes a file at its own web address, and anyone holding the link can open it. The address ends in a random token that we do not list anywhere, and the page asks search engines not to index it — but an unlisted page is not a private one. Treat the link as public once you send it.

Your job description text, your resume text, and your email address are never part of the published page. Only the written page itself, and your video if you added one, are visible.

Counting views

We record each time a published page is opened: the time, the page, and the site that linked to it — so you can see that someone looked, and whether it came from a mail link or LinkedIn. We set no cookies, store no IP addresses, and create no visitor identifier, so two opens by one person are indistinguishable from two people, and we cannot tell you who looked. These records are deleted after 180 days.

Uploaded video

Uploaded files are kept in a private bucket. Nothing in it is world-readable: when someone opens your page, it requests a short-lived link that expires a few hours later. That keeps the file off the open web, though anyone who can see the page while it is published can watch the video.

Deleting your material

Email contact@dollardigital.us from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account, your applications, your stored text, and any uploaded video. Unpublishing removes a page from the web; deletion removes what sits behind it.

Third parties

Sign-in is Google. Page writing is Anthropic's Claude API. Hosting, storage, and the database are Google Cloud and GitHub Pages. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. There are no advertising libraries and no third-party analytics service — the view counts described above are our own.

Children

This is a tool for job seekers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how long we keep it, we will update this page and its date.
